Gus Kormeier

I put down roots with my family in Weaverville in 2009. I started Bear Creek Property Management in the summer of 2014 managing residential and commercial properties in Weaverville, Douglas City, Lewiston, Junction City, Trinity Center and Coffee Creek.  For me, Property Management is about building relationships.


I really love it here. When I’m not working or driving my kids to sports, you can find me Mountain Biking the Weaver Basin, backpacking the wilderness, rafting or fly fishing the Trinity River, water skiing the lake, skiing at Mt Shasta, or driving a Fire Truck in the 4th of July Parade.
